Early 1900 Hairstyles are coming back.

My daughter is definitely a Hairzilla.  She complains all the time and only comes to me for FREE hairstyles.  I guess that's what FAB Hair Designer mothers are for.  Nevertheless she looks great! School Braids for School Days

It's been over a week.  I should have posted her pics when her braids were freshly done.  Oh well, I get it in where I can fit it in.  I actually stopped her from doing her homework.  I don't think she looks too happy.  It does go to show you that my work lasts over a week and still looks good.

The Braids from Hell

Oh yes, I call them the braids from hell because my fingers were sore half way through the entire process.  The good thing is, they look really pretty.  The bad thing is, because this client is my daughter, she pays me nothing.  However, she gets up constantly because she's thirsty or hungry.  Then she has to stop to keep checking to see if I'm doing it right. After that, of course, the bathroom breaks. No, I have one better, the texting, phone calls and don't forget.....the "Oh no, now my phone is dead and I didn't bring my charger. Does anybody in the house have a charger I can use." Anyway, my work it done.

Summer Braids

Summer months are the toughest for my hair.  So what works for me are braids.  It's challenging because I do my own hair & have or better yet, don't trust anyone with there hands in my hair. Most of the time I will do my hair late night, after everyone goes to sleep or early morning, before everyone gets up.  Here I am tonight getting ready to create something new.  Here's a few pics of my work on me.

HAIR DRAMA

Roman's Eight has FAB-Hair of her own, but she loves creative designs that accent her spunky personality.  This is definitely DRAMA Hair at it's best. Of course, as you can see, she's not afraid to express herself through hair design.

I DO Me!

Every since I was able to decide who would put their hands in my head, I was very particular of my choice.  I had two hairstylist in my experience and one was my former boss. Even with her, I wasn't too thrilled about the finished designs.  Anyway, I didn't rely on them totally because I have been doing my hair for many years and although I would love to relax and let someone do it for me, I refuse to have just anyone in my hair. So to make sure I have the right energy, I do it myself.
