STRENGHTEN YOUR HAIR!

Below are 5 STEPS TO STRENGTHEN YOUR HAIR.

1. Drink at least 8 8oz. glasses of water daily.
2. Increase your intake of salads at least 3 per day. Make your salad look like a rainbow with a array of colors of vegetables.
3. Stimulate the scalp by brushing first with a paddle brush. The root is what determines how healthy your hair will be, so open up the pores to increase in oxygen intake.
4. Brush your hair with a natural bristle brush.
5. Get frequent scalp massages, especially when you have your hair shampooed
and conditioned.
